Rule of Thumb Prices to help you get an idea of the cost involved:

New Construction........ 3.00 - 3.50/ sq.ft
Additions...................... 3.50 - 4.50/ sq.ft.

Example:  You are building a 3000 sq.ft. single story home.
Furnace
Air Conditioning
Complete Supply and Return Duct System
Installation, Permit, and Labor......  3000 x 3.00 =  9,000.00
 
Please keep in mind that each job has its own complexities so these prices will fluctuate but this example will give you a ballpark figure to work with.
