     It is important to choose the right contractor when you decide to install a new heating system. When you choose Climate Design you will have 36 years of experience 'on the job site' while your system is being installed. Details such as proper equipment sizing, custom sheet metal design, ductwork fit and finish, fine tuning of the BTUH firing rate to assure complete combustion and control calibration all combine to make an installation that will serve you efficiently for 20 years if properly done.     The Modulating furnace from YORK is the best residential furnace you can buy. It has the ability to adjust the firing rate from 35% up to 100% and it does this in 1% increments! This furnace actually measures the temperature of the air as it returns through the system and combines that  reading with your desired setting on the thermostat to determine the most efficient firing rate. The results are impressive. You save by using the minimum amount of natural gas needed to heat your home and also enjoy perfectly controlled room temperatures.  And, as a bonus, the blower adjusts it's speed to match the firing rate producing whisper quiet operation.



     The Two Stage furnace from YORK sets the firing rate at 50% on mild days and boosts it to 100% when the weather outside turns colder. This allows you to save by only using half the natural gas when the demand is low. It is controlled by a two stage thermostat that senses the temperature in your home and adjusts the firing rate based on the demand.





     The Latitude furnace from YORK delivers 92% efficiency. This means that for every dollar you spend for natural gas, 92% of the heat produced is delivered inside your home and only 8% is lost with the combustion exhaust. When compared to older, less efficient furnaces that average 70% efficiency, this furnace can save you a considerable amount on your yearly natural gas bills. As with all YORK furnaces, the blower is accurately balanced at the factory to produce quiet comfortable heating in your home.
