Just wanted to say THANK YOU to CLIMATE DESIGN
INC. It was March 5 when I made the call at 10:00pm, my furnace went
out. Jim would have came out that night but I said I could wait until the
morning. Jim was there by 9:30 am the next day and had it repaired in
under an hour and, that included cleaning it out and replacing the motor.
And what a pleasant gentlemen to do business with. He explains what
he is doing while he works and he gets the job done FAST! I just wish
there were more companys with this man's work ethic. I would recommend
CLIMATE DESIGN INC to anyone looking for honest and efficient service.
THANKS AGAIN! It was a pleasure. And he is much more reasonable than
"THOSE" big name companys where you pay for the name. This is
just an HONEST company doing the job RIGHT!

My A/C started making a very bad noise outside, (6:30 p.m.) I shut it
down and grabbed the phone book to start searching. I found the number
for Climate Design. I had second thoughts about calling someone who people
would consider (the little guy) but I'm so glad I called Jim, he is the
best. He showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He did not try to over sell
his services just to make a buck. He has the most resonable service call
fee out there and he arrived prepared with all the tools and parts needed.
He had me up and running in a matter of 30 minutes. Everyone needs a climate
control person to call when they need service and Jim is the only person
I'll call in the future. Thanks again for the excellent service,
I WILL call Climate Design when I need service again.

Climate
Design had repaired my old unit twice in the past year. The response time
was quick and the work performed solved my problems. Jim suggested that
I replace the HVAC due to its age and there was now an energy tax credit.
After careful measuring and planning Jim presented a very reasonable
quote (a couple of thousand less than Home Depot). The equipment, York (Made
in USA), was professionally installed in a very tight closet and works
very well. I would recommend Jim to everyone. Also, being in the automobile
industry, I hope everyone begins to support their own country by buying USA
made products and services.

I've had my new modulating furnace just
over a month now. It's difficult to convey just how much more comfortable
my home is. I have a quad and the upstairs was always warmer than the lower
floors and the bathroom colder. No more! The temperature and humidity are
the same throughout the house and it's amazing what a difference it makes.
From the research I did prior to purchase there seemed to be a consensus
that having a good installer is as important as getting the right furnace.
Jim did an excellent and clean looking installation at a reasonable price.
If you need a furnace I highly recommend both Jim and a York modulating furnace.

Jim: I appreciate how you stepped
in and helped when I was having trouble getting the Eastpointe inspector
to look at the furnace/AC that you installed. I think it was back on Oct
21st when you called the city after I called you. The inspector took just
a few minutes to take a look. He remarked about what a nice unit it is.

We want to thank Climate Design Inc. for
a great job. While repairing our air conditioner Jim volunteered to inspect
the furnace to see if the leak had caused damage. After detecting rust on
the heat exchanger, he suggested we consider replacing the furnace some
time in the future but did not push the issue so as to pressure us into buying.
Our furnace was 20 years old and we knew it needed to be replaced so we
inquired about the price. Jim quoted a very fair price and showed extream
professionalism when he measured and designed for the new installation. On
the day scheduled for the installation he arrived promptly and proceeded
to complete the contract, just as he promised. We are pleased with our new
furnace and now feel secure that we will not be without heat this winter.

in November 2007, at the same time that I was going through an extensive
home remodel. At that time I dealt with many contractors, and I can say
without a doubt, Jim from Climate Design was the best. He was on time, courteous,

that he did, and has been very available for any questions that I have had

Our air conditioner completely stopped
working on the day we had high heat temps, and our home felt like a sauna.
I couldn't believe how quickly they responded and installed a new unit
the next day!! They were very quick, courteous, friendly, reliable, and
professional. I second the comment about the housing inspector. Our City
inspector was equally as impressed by the quality of the workmanship. My
husband and I would never trust any other company to install or repair our
furnace and air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!!!!!!
